Moves keyboard focus to one cell, or clears it when either key is null.
Cell focus only draws and only responds to the arrow keys once DataTable's cellNavigation is on, which declaring any editable column also turns on.
Like focusRow this does not scroll; use revealFocusedCell to bring the cell into view.
